1) Eat Healthy

Eating vegetables, protein rich foods, and more water will keep your eyes, teeth, and skin healthy. It will also help the digestive system to function better. Eating Healthy food helps building strong body, preventing diseases, and having healthy weight. By eating healthy food, it doesn't mean Fruits and vegetables, We need to maintain a balanced diet in order to stay healthy. 
 
  











2) Maintain a clean body 

Shower, brush your teeth, trim your nails, hair care, and washing hands before and after you eat regularly. We should not only maintain the internal hygiene but also the external. 
















3) Stay Active 
Exercising daily really helps keeping your body fit and healthy.
