But, we are lazy

Dance workouts 
By doing dance workouts, we can feel the beat and exercise with music.  
We can obtain growth and health by doing this.






Drink plenty of water
Keeping a bottle of water near us, maybe on your work table or your backpack etc helps us keep hydrated and healthy. It gets rid of the waste in our body and it is a major part of our body cells. 









Having fruits and vegetables
Making smoothies with fruits is a easier, tastier, and healthier way. 
Vegetables and Sweet fruits help to gain minerals, vitamins, and energy for our body.























Try new sports 
Sports like Basketball, football, Cricket and other sports helps obtain growth and energy.









Spending more time with fresh air 
Going outside, taking a walk and doing activities in nature and being outside is increasingly being prescribed by health.
